THE “MINI MONSTERS” EXHIBITION

An exhibition at child’s level

• Let’s start with lice…
• We discover that the marmoto is not a very nice critter
• We learn thousands of things about mosquitoes and flies…
• “Mini Monsters” is on the scale of small animals and offers another look at this unknown world and yet so present in our daily lives
• 7 species are presented in detail: louse, fly, tick, mosquito, flea, bed bug and mite
• We discover their superpowers: the tick can fast for 10 years, the mosquito locates its prey 70 meters away, the fly has a 360° vision…
• We handle microscopes and magnifying glasses to see them as closely as possible
• The exhibition ends with an educational workshop that is an integral part of the tour
• A living exhibition, very accessible for 7-12 year olds
